About Me
About Me
Hi, I’m Dre Eagle, a Reiki II Practitioner, Grief Guide, and Sobriety Support Coach. I live west of Phoenix, Arizona, with my beloved Great Pyrenees, Dae, my sweet Greyhound, Dusty, and my very chatty rescue cat, Faye. I hold a Master of Social Work degree from Arizona State University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Health Education and Health Promotion.
My work focuses on supporting others navigating grief, building an alcohol free life, and finding moments of steadiness, connection, and presence. When I’m not holding space for others, you can usually find me hiking, exploring national parks, or soaking up the sun and sea breezes in San Diego County.
I’m a mother to four adult children and affectionately called “Squashie” by my two grandchildren.
My journey with alcohol began at 13, spanning decades where it offered escape and connection while also deepening my pain and disconnect. After countless attempts to quit and growing health consequences, I made the choice to let go of alcohol over four years ago, seeking a new way of living. Just over a year into my sobriety, I faced the sudden death of my daughter Jordan in an alcohol-related crash. In the aftermath, I stayed committed to sobriety, leaning on family, my dog Dae, and a growing sense of self-compassion. Though the grief will always be part of me, I am dedicated to supporting others navigating loss and life’s changes without turning to substances—helping them find strength, steadiness, and ways to keep moving forward.
Lastly, but definitely not least, I’m deeply committed to supporting others as they navigate grief, recovery, and life’s major transitions while helping them reconnect with themselves, build meaningful lives, and feel less alone along the way.
My Mission
My mission is to support people through grief, recovery, and life’s hardest transitions with compassion, connection, and community. Through coaching, Reiki, and nature based experiences, I help people reconnect with themselves, rediscover joy and purpose, and remember they do not have to walk through life alone.
